Here to write second review based on my father's experience with Sunlight Ambulance LLP.
My father had to switch to another dialysis centre and it was hard to accommodate the the timing as well as location. Fortunately, Mr Simon and Madam Val Kwa helped expedite the entire process and ensured that my father had a smooth journey travelling to his new dialysis centre.
Thank you so much to the team for all the help you have rendered.

I'm thankful to Sunlight ambulance for being very responsive and prompt in rendering help when requested. My new helper had problems with the oxygen tank and discharged all oxygen in the full tank at one go. I was really desperate and requested for immediate replacement as my mum requires it everyday. I'm really grateful that not only do they send the tank within such short notice but their staff also patiently taught my helper how to use it correctly. Thumbs up Sunlight Ambulance!!

At about 4pm on a Saturday, my friend's wife tried calling 2 other ambulance companies. For one company there were no ambulances available for the next 4 hours. The other company's hotline was not manned. Then she called Sunlight ambulance. Sunlight Ambulance Service was able to despatch an ambulance without delay. The staff were friendly and professional. The paramedic (Johan) who attended to the patient was careful and thorough in his assessment. My tall and very heavy elderly friend had to be carried from his bedroom to the living room, to be placed on the stretcher. A neighbour and myself had to help with the lifting, due to the patient's weight and the furniture in the room. All this was done in a safe and efficient way, thanks to paramedic Johan's careful planning and coordination. The attendant (Jason) worked seamlessly with paramedic Johan. Great teamwork. My friend and his wife felt very reassured. We would like to thank Johan and Jason for their efforts and professionalism.

I was impressed and satisfied with Sunlight as they provide patient oriented services, professional and knowledgeable in medical. The patient was well taken care thru out the journey to the hospital.
I'll highly compliment the female driving driving skills was out of expectation. The trip was fast and smooth, and she's constantly checking with her partner regarding the patient's condition.
I'll highly recommend Sunlight to those who need this service.
